Due to the perishable nature of our chilled products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, your satisfaction is important to us and if there is an issue with your order, we will always do our best to help.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not in satisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@casadeifoods.com and include photographs where possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
Please note:
- Products must be stored according to the storage instructions provided.
- We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for issues reported after 24 hours of delivery due to the chilled and perishable nature of our products.
- Delivery delays caused by couriers will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we will always aim to find a fair solution.
