5-Minute Hot Maple Pepperoni Pizza (Vegan)

The base is from Crosta & Mollica and the hot maple from Marks & Spencer, and it’s a total game-changer on a pepperoni pizza. The sweet heat hits all the right notes, and it pairs beautifully with our Casadei Foods spicy vegan pepperoni and our melty mozzarella. INGREDIENTS
- 1 Crosta & Mollica half-baked pizza base with tomato sauce
- Casadei Foods mozzarella
- Vegan pepperoni slices
- Hot Maple syrup
- Optional: fresh chilli or parsley for garnish
METHOD

Prep the base
Place your Crosta & Mollica pizza base on a baking tray. It already comes with tomato sauce, so no extra prep is needed. -
Add toppings
Scatter vegan pepperoni slices evenly and tear over generous pieces of Casadei Foods mozzarella. -
Bake
Cook in a hot oven (220–250°C) for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the pepperoni is slightly crisp. -
Finish with hot maple
Drizzle M&S hot maple over the top. Add a pinch of fresh chilli or parsley if you like a little extra punch.
